Getting started with therapy is simple. Reach out through the contact form or email Lea to schedule a therapy consultation call. During this initial conversation, she’ll walk you through the therapy process, answer your questions, and help you understand what working together might look like.

Because finding the right therapist and ensuring a strong therapist-client fit is important to you-and to Lea-Lea offers a free consultation call (typically about 15 minutes). This call is an opportunity to explore your needs, goals, and concerns and to see whether her approach to therapy feels like the right match for you.

Does she work with people outside of the specialty areas mentioned?

Absolutely. Lea’s training extends well beyond specific specialty areas. She has completed additional training in ADHD and neurodivergence, CBT, TF-CBT, and other evidence-based approaches. At her core, Lea is an emotion-focused, relational therapist and a deep feeler herself—someone who is willing to go deep with you, at your pace, if and when you’re ready.

At the same time, she tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals, drawing from multiple modalities to best support your growth and healing. If you’re unsure whether she might be a good fit, you’re always welcome to schedule a consultation call to explore working together.
